After doing graduation, Mr. Apte began working in the chemical business in production and processes. He worked for lowering the amount and pollutant load of the waste water there while running the manufacturing facility. He now has a preference for environmental engineering as a result of this experience.
Today, Mr. Apte is regarded as an expert in wastewater treatment and waste minimisation due to his strong foundation in chemical engineering and his profound understanding of pollution control. For the past forty years, Mr. Apte has been a consultant in environmental management. He conducted research on the biodegradation of cyanide, phenols, and high pressure oxidation of hazardous industrial waste water over his professional career. He started with laboratory models and moved on to pilot plant models, gathering useful data for procedures involving scale-up. He has exceptional knowledge in industrial waste-water treatment, including characterisation, treatability investigations, design data development, and feasibility report production. He has handled dangerous and complex contaminants like pyridine, cyanide, phenols, mercury, manganese, pesticides, and more.
He has also written feasibility assessments on waste-water treatment for practically every kind of industry. Using both traditional and unconventional techniques, he has also improved numerous existing treatment facilities to meet the updated influent pollution loads. His designs are renowned for lowering the initial and ongoing expenses of gaseous emissions, industrial home waste water treatment and control systems, and facilities for the treatment and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous solid wastes.
He maintains current knowledge of pollution control rules and obligations as a retainer consultant for numerous industries, assisting his customers in adhering to them. With a focus on resource conservation, he has conducted technical and environmental audits for a range of businesses. He has conducted environmental impact assessments on a variety of topics, including soil contamination, waste-water and solid waste management, and air pollution, during the design stages of industries and industrial complexes. micrometeorological information, impacts on aquatic culture, flora, wildlife, risk assessment, disaster management strategies, afforestation, etc.
Apart from having experience in the environmental management, our founder has set benchmarks in the industry by getting involved in chemical manufacturing units of batch as well as continuous processes.
